Pinewood Lodge holiday property in Scotland, near St.Andrews, is available to let for group and family holiday breaks & short stays in Scotland throughout the summer and winter.  The self-catering holiday home is situated close to the village of St.Michaels, adjacent to both St.Michael's and Drumoig Golf Club. It is approx. 10 minutes from the Scottish golfing city of St.Andrews, home to the world famous St Andrews Links Old Course in the world and 30 minutes from Carnoustie, another golf club venue for the British Open Golf Championship. It is this unique location which makes Pinewood Lodge the ideal lodging for golf enthusiasts with some 30 golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the property. The location is also an ideal centre for exploring Scotland, the coastline, hills and countryside and caters for people seeking walking, hiking, fishing, cycling, horse riding, bird watching, painting and even scuba diving.

Pinewood Lodge is located in its own charming grounds and has 5 bedrooms accommodating 9 people.  Accommodation consists of 4 double rooms (1 en-suite), each with a kingsize bed, and one small single room.  The property has 4 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and a large entrance hall.  A large patio leads onto a lawned rear garden with a small pond.  The property backs onto woods alive with local wildlife including deer, red squirrels, buzzards and the occasional owl who recently sneaked down the chimney!  Lawns to the rear and side are home to fruit trees and beds.

Lodge Bedroom 1
Situated on the ground floor next to the main bathroom.  It has a kingsize water bed and overlooks the rear garden.  Not for those suffering from seasickness or wearers of pointed heels!

Lodge Bedroom 2 (en-suite (bathroom 4))
Situated on the first floor, this again has a kingsize bed complete with brass balls, and a bathroom with bath and electric shower unit. 

Lodge Bedrooms 3 and 4
Both with kingsize beds, bedroom 3 faces onto the back looking into the woods whilst bedroom 4 overlooks the front of the property.

Lodge Bedroom 5
A small room with one single bed and velux window.  For those visitors unable to make it home.  For whatever reason!

Lodge Bathroom 1
Time to relax after 18 or maybe 19 holes! A large jacuzzi style circular bath (which can accommodate up to 4 at a squeeze!), is complimented by a separate shower and a sauna for letting off a bit of steam.

Lodge Bathroom 2
Situated on the ground floor, this small bathroom is also used for storing Wellington boots!

Lodge Bathroom 3
On the first floor serving bedrooms 3 and 4, this bathroom has a shower and corner bath.

Lodge Living Room
A large room with traditional open fireplace, wooden floors, large TV and video, plus a baby grand piano for those virtuosos who feel inclined to tinkle the ivories. Two sets of French doors lead to the sun trap, barbeque patio. Double doors also lead through to the dining room.

Dining Room
Table can seat up to 10 people.  Decorated with a hunting theme, this room can be used for casual dining or for dinner parties, guarded by the antlers of Lancelot the stag!

Kitchen
All modern amenities with servings for 10.  Dishwasher/Microwave and double oven.

Utility room
With washing machine and tumble dryer for drying off those wet socks post a soggy day on the course!
